About Me

I am Mary Joseph Uduk, a C-Suite Executive with expertise in finance regulations, corporate governance, and investments. With over 30 years of experience in the Nigerian Capital Market, I have been dedicated to providing regulatory compliance, operational guidance, and upholding corporate governance practices.

As a Capital Market Regulator and Financial Advisor, I have played a crucial role in the implementation of the Banking and Insurance Sectors Consolidation exercise from 2005 to 2007. I have also been a member of the committee that worked on the flotation of the first Nigerian Sovereign Debt Bond. In addition, I have overseen the review of applications for landmark offerings such as the first supranational bond floated in Nigeria by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the African Development Bank (AfDB). Furthermore, I have spearheaded the regulatory review of the first-ever global offering issued by Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, which was dual-listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and London Stock Exchange (LSE).
